1. Acceptance
By using Calice you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please uninstall the application.
2. Service Description
Calice is an application for managing a personal wine tasting diary. The service includes cloud storage, search, statistics and sharing of tasting notes.
3. User Account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activities carried out through your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised access by writing to support@caliceapp.com.
4. User Content
The content you enter (notes, photos, ratings) remains exclusively your property. You grant Calice a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display such content to you within the scope of the service. We do not use your content for purposes other than providing the service.
5. Permitted Use
You agree not to: - Use the service for illegal or unauthorised purposes. - Attempt to access other users' data. - Upload content that infringes third-party rights. - Reverse engineer or decompile the application.
6. Service Interruption
We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the service (or part of it) at any time, with reasonable notice except in cases of technical emergency or security.
7. Limitation of Liability
Calice is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors. We are not liable for data loss due to events beyond our control.
8. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the court of the consumer's place of residence is competent, pursuant to the Consumer Code.
